Take ypur time to research it. If you want to get into callisthenics research is essential. There are so many things to know about in fitness. I reccommend 4 youtube channels (3 for callisthenics (bodyweight exercise)). CallisthenicMovement, FitnessFAQs, SaturnoMovement. PictureFit. These people are certified trainers and know their shit. Callisthenics can be so much more fun than just a workout routine.

Read 'naked warrior' by Pavel Tsoutsine. Good for calisthenics. You basically need the big three: chin ups, push ups, squats.

Push ups coach was an app i used when i was in highschool, i had no arm strength and loved to play dodgeball but i sucked at throwing, after a few weeks of the app i saw that i became conpetitive and threw hard so i never finished the app but i was happy with the results i had, the app was to train you how to do 100 consecutive push ups in a minute when you finish its schedule, idk if it is anymore but i recommend you try if you want strength but are too shy to go to a gym or buy weights, just saying

These exercises are great for beginners. But if you could already do most/all with ease, you will need to either increase load OR decrease leverage. Some of the best gymnastics strength exercises that you (average Joe) should aim for are: 1) Maltese 2) Manna 3) Iron Cross 4) one arm handstand

Could you be more specific? What exactly do you want help with? What are your goals? How much time are you willing to spend trying to achieve those goals? How much effort are you willing to put in? (are you strictly looking looking at exercise or would you put in work in other fields too) What's your current fitness level? What is your background in sport and exercise? What are you built like? What do you want to do? calisthenics? weight training? Crossfit? Cycling? Running? Would you have access to equipment?

Unless you weight 250 kg, most of this is really useless for getting muscle (the leg curl for biceps always make me giggle btw) In best case, you can work flexibility, and maybe be a little more "ferm" but that's all

I recommend reading "Bigger, Leaner, Stronger" by Michael Matthews, you don't have to do the workout routine but it's amazing at explaining exercise and nutrition and its effects on the body

You're putting too much thought into it bro.. I'd recommend doing one column per day. First establish a base ( do exercise till point of failure) log it in a journal. Rinse and repeat. Make sure to get rest and eat. Each time you return to a column try to beat your best from the last time.
